Thanksgiving day, 2010. There were a total of 16 family members for the feast. They came from Sumter, SC, Bowling Green, KY, Charlotte and Harrisburg.

Over the 3 days, we laughed, played games, read books, went shopping, played with firearms, watched movies, ate really good food and most of all enjoyed spending time together as an extended family. It was an extremely fun long weekend.  I hope we can do this again in the future.

Squash Caserole, sweet potato casserol, speckled butter beans, corn and mashed potatoes! YUM!

Two turkeys cooked to perfection and a Honeybaked Ham…no one would go hungry!

The next couple of days and nights were packed with fun starting with the guys going to the pistol & rifle range in Bluefield, WV.

Wonder if he’s having fun?

One night we had “game night” and set up the Wii.  There were challenges of bowling, baseball and tennis.  Even Grandaddy Casey played along!

Casey’s first attempt at playing the Wii. I don’t believe he was all that impressed!
